Kansas to test abortion regulations in federal court?

Two doctors may test new Kansas abortion regulations in federal court.

Drs. Herbert Hodes and Traci Nauser of the Center for Women’s Health, may challenge anti-choice politicians with a lawsuit, according to The Associated Press.

Thanks to the  right-wingers and anti-choice crazies of Kansas, there is only one facility that can legally provide abortions in Kansas.  One Planned Parenthood center fits the new regulations implemented by Kansas government, which makes it nearly impossible for abortions to exist in the state.

Some believe the pair will drop the lawsuit, in light of the Kansas Planned Parenthood facility receiving their license to perform abortions, following the new Kansas guidelines.  The pair’s argument may be weakened because they cannot argue receiving an abortion license in Kansas is “impossible” if the Planned Parenthood facility passed Kansas abortion regulations.

Kansas is one of the many states entrenched in an anti-choice war.

Ohio’s House recently passed a bill which would prevent abortions when a heartbeat is detected and does not provide an exception for incest or rape.

Wisconsin to cut Planned Parenthood funding

I’m thoroughly convinced a majority of the politicians who object to family planning are simply mad they don’t need it anymore.   They no longer get any action or no longer remember what action is.

Some of these anti-sex, anti-responsibility oppressors reign supreme in Wisconsin.  Insiders expect Gov. Scott Walker to pass a bill cutting funding from nine Planned Parenthood facilities in Wisconsin, according to The Huffington Post.

If the bill passes, it could also affect cancer screenings Planned Parenthood provides with federal funding.

Thank goodness Walker is focused on providing a way for people to have more unexpected pregnancies and unprotected sex.  This will surely help the economy and the overall quality of life. God bless the GOP.
